The report, which lists global search trends as well as trends on a country-by-country basis reveals that “Wordle” was Google’s most searched for term of the year, followed by “India vs England”, “Ukraine” and “Queen Elizabeth.”
Apple is the only smartphone maker to make it into the most searched-for terms on Google list for 2022, with Apple last making it onto the top 10 results in 2019, where the term “iPhone 11” ranked fifth out of all global Google searches
